Accessibility

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we have done

• Text and buttons are checked for colour contrast.
• Every page can be used with a keyboard, and menus and forms have visible focus states.
• Photos carry text descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Pages are built with proper headings and landmarks so they can be navigated by structure.
• Animation is turned off for visitors who ask their device to reduce motion.
• The quote form works step by step, with labelled fields and plain error messages.

Known limitations

Some of our demo videos are filmed on a phone at the shop and do not have captions yet. If you need to know what a video shows, call us and we will describe it, or ask and we will send you the details in writing.

The map on some pages is provided by Google and may not be fully accessible. Our address is always written out on the page as text.
